[2021] So how does WG intend to compensate carriers for the massive rocket nerf?

I see a lot of points on both sides, so I would like to ask y'all a question about it (with the reminder that people can share and listen to various opinions without being rude about it).
Rather it's a buff or nerf, how would you like to see CVs change in the future?
