[2021] Does anyone use the Special Coal Upgrade Damage Control Party Modification 1?

For a while I actually did use this upgrade on my Vermont. I found myself constantly on fire and unable to flee or reposition, so I went full tank build with this module. I think I got my immunity time to 45+ seconds or something ridiculous like that.
For that, I sacrificed turret health and repair time - not the biggest sacrifice, but I don't believe that I kept up with it after a while so... YMMV
