When you were posting this, the servers were down for the daily maintenance and the update, this is no different than every patch and every daily maintenance. As clearly stated in the patch notes.
If you want to PM me about this issue we can look through your folders together to try to find them, I just checked mine and they are still located in the route folder, as far as I know we did not change folder locations.

This path is a path that is directly related to launching the client WITHOUT the WGC, is this the case?
If so, the WGC is required now and a new replay and screenshot folder will be created upon log in in the proper route folder, or in your case: World_of_Warships_NA\screenshot

So these are challenge missions that are class specific, so if you're good in a class or enjoy a specific class you can pick which one you would like to do.
The ONLY caveat for these missions is to be in German Cruisers, German DD or German BBs (depending on the ones you get).
