[2020] Is Encouraging A Tactic To Deal With CVs Not Allowed Now?

There is NOTHING wrong with discussing tactics, mechanics, or trying to teach players how to play.

HOWEVER, actively promoting, discussing and trying to promote or discuss griefing players in game IS a EULA violation.
