There was no dishonesty in this at all. We had a limited number of each item available. Using the Tiltify platform, we ented the information on how many items, what price, and what date/time it should go live. Outside of that, the majority of it is automatic.

I concede that we could have made it more clear that there was a limited number of each item available. I cannot turn back the clock, but I can promise that I will work with our teams to ensure future events have a clear consideration of things like limited quantity items.

When all is said and done, I now have a pink beard and have to go through an airport tomorrow.
