[2023] Alliances are almost pointless

Specifically when they dissolve the moment they’re formed or just don’t last long at all to begin with. the idea of that stronger unified force all going after one country when there’s a war is cool, but those alliances are more just temporary partnerships if anything. hopefully we can get a more stable alliance system in the future
