Performance problems

Heya,

So ive been playing for a while with NML with some steam workshop mods and all was well until i began getting frame drops consistently every few seconds. Ive uninstalled NML and it still seems to be happening even with lowest settings.

Is ao else having issues like this and if so is it just a general bug for PC players or can it be solved?

EDIT: Messing with it again, it seems its also the audio that freezes so i believe that the entire game is freezing not just the frames
