I can‘t buy premium

i got the game yesterday and the price was 8,99€. i decided to buy it but over 24 hours, this sh*t appears. I showed the game to a friend and he has the same bug. I tried reinstall and different wi-fi networks and mobile data. Don‘t know what can i do.
