[2021] Someone unistalled worldbox off my phone without asking me.I reinstalled and had to endure an unskippable tutorial,the game begging me to buy premium which I had already paid for and losing all my worlds and progress which I had spent so long on.I am quitting this game probably if i cannot fix this.

Hi, the game is not begging you to buy premium. It's the screen that you see once premium is unlocked already. So what you saw is just a confirmation that your premium is back.

It's a bug though that it shows during the tutorial in the background, thanks for reporting!
