[2019] What do we do if we already own both consolation games?

What are the dev's going to do for the people who have already purchased both surgeon simulator and I am bread beforehand? I obviously dont just want a second copy of the two games I already own in place of a completely unique game that I love. I spent money on WA, and I dont want to have absolutely nothing to come of it.
