External link →Water is confirmed for the future. The physics aspect of it could be incredibly challenging though (for a waterfall, you'd need a water source - I doubt they'd have infinite water in a game so tied into physics), so initially I'd only expect stationary pools on islands.
But, there's already early signs. If you're unfortunate enough to need a Dev's help in-game, when they fly around to look at things the animation is them "swimming" in the air ;)
