・Dedicated Server has been released on a trial basis.
We plan to continue optimizing and fixing issues to ensure stable operation.

・New biome "Unnefell Desert" has been partially opened.
Some content such as era level and dungeons will be released in the next update.

・A new type of skill "Boss Skill" has been implemented.
These are powerful skills that can be acquired by defeating certain bosses.

・The Lv cap has been raised and it is now possible to level up to Lv60.

・Specifications have been adjusted to improve operability during pipeline installation.

It has been released to the public on our alpha branch for testing.

You can keep up with this news on our Twitter where we share alpha patch info and such.
Feel free to try out the dedicated server on alpha but if you do, we would really appreciate bug reports for any problems! Thanks!

◆ Functional Improvements
- The effect of the item Monolith' has been changed so that it also affects objects that can be mined, such as trees and bedrock.
This response makes it possible to deal damage to trees and rocks that are far away from the player.

◆ Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the game would become inoperable if you started the game in a world where some legacy buildings were located.
- Fixed an issue where materials could not be mined from bedrock that was a certain distance away from the player.

Currently the dedicated server only works for Legacy Craftopia.
An updated version for Seamless has been in development for a few months now and will hopefully be ready release soon.

The team very much still care about it but unfortunately it wasn’t ready to release alongside the update.

■Objects such as scarecrows and punching bags no longer disappear when you leave them.
*In line with this change, some objects that players can place, such as punching bags, will now appear in a "charmed" state.
Also, please note that objects placed before this update will not become charmed and will disappear if you move away from them.

Hello everyone who enjoys Craftopia!

In 2023, Craftopia successfully celebrated its 3rd anniversary thanks to everyone's support. It's been a big year for Craftopia as we released the seamless update.

Additionally, based on your feedback and reports, we will be implementing some major bug fixes and optimizations for multiplayer soon.
Although there are still issues to be solved, we will continue development to the best of our ability.
We will continue to push forward, so if you would like, we would be happy if you could support us by nominating us in the "Labor of Love" category!

We will of course post patch notes etc on Steam when the update is pushed to the main branch.

In the meantime, if you want to keep up with us (and the community) easier you can join us on our Discord but if that doesn't suit you then that is fine. We have almost 31,000 Craftopia tagged players on our Discord though so it is definitely where the active community are currently.

We won't be posting WIP and alpha stuff on the Steam forums though as they aren't very convenient! Sorry!

A 3.2gb update was released on our alpha branch an hour ago :lunar2019piginablanket:

Join our Discord if you want to keep up with how things are going more consistently!
When players give the alpha branch the all clear, it will be released on the main version!

- Fixed an issue where the save state of charmed enemies would not finish when restarting the game, resulting in guests being unable to participate in the game in multiplayer.

- Fixed an issue where the enchantment of an installed building and character status were not updated when extracting enchantments from an equipped item.

- Fixed an issue where players could not buy from merchant NPCs when participating in multi-games.
- Fixed an issue where the status would become abnormal when a male body was selected.

- We have introduced a mitigation measure for an issue where a placed building may collapse at the same time as the screen freezes. We appreciate your cooperation in continuing to report this issue when it occurs.
- Fixed an issue where ""Fafnir"" would not progress due to being submerged in water.
