Hi All, thank you for reporting this. We followed up with the dev team and this issue with Shaman Rezzutum not spawning in the encounter should be fixed in the upcoming incremental.

Hi everyone. We just deployed a hotfix to address an issue with the Maw of Lorkhaj Trial where players could not complete the trial and record leaderboard results. This issue is now resolved and the trial can be completed, along with leaderboard scores updated. This hotfix did not require downtime. Thanks all.

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know we've seen your feedback over the drop rate for ink. We've found that ink is not currently dropping from boss enemies, and we'll be fixing that in an upcoming incremental. Additionally, we did double check and confirm ink is dropping as intended from nodes, though it's worth reminding everyone that ink will only begin dropping from nodes after you've completed the Netch quest. Once the fix goes out for the boss enemies, we'll continue to monitor the drop rate and make further adjustments if necessary.

I have been told the same by Fanatical, quote "we are working directly with the developers to generate keys for us." Can @ZOS_Kevin please confirm that 1) ZOS are indeed working with Fanatical to generate keys Yes, we heard back this morning on their key shortage and our team is working on making sure they have more. 2) Keys for the pre-order items will ultimately be provided Fanatical should have the keys sometime today. So you should expect to get keys between today and tomorrow. Final timing is dependent on when Fanatical issues keys to you. 3) it will still be possible for us to activate keys for the preorder items and obtain these by the time they are generated? Hi all, just wanted to follow up here. This issue with the new chapter house not being available to preview is not working as intended. You should be able to preview the house. We have made note of this for the dev team and they have it on their list to fix with a future incremental.

Hi all, just wanted to send a quick update here. Thanks again for your feedback on this issue. We have gotten this over to the dev team and they have the issue with windowed fullscreen noted. We'll have a fix ready for incremental 1 for U42.

@SolidBear @RiverBrian Are you running any addons, by chance? There was a similar issue yesterday that was being caused by an out-of-date addon, and disabling fixed the issue.

Hi All, While we investigate this, please let us know if you hear back from Fanatical regarding your ticket with them. Just incase they sort the issue of providing the mount on their end, since they supplied the code initially.
