You're making the mistake of looking at the list of betas when...what you want is the "None" option. The latest stable is always to opt out of all betas- The beta list is used to store 'Old' versions, Like a19.1, 19.2, 19.3 etc; Or for the newest experimental version, like the soon to be A20.

The current Stable is only added to the list when there is an experimental option newer than it available, and a new Stable release is pending.

Otherwise "None" is the current Stable branch always.

No. When the unstable experimental releases to the public later today, you will see latest_experimental as an option. You will choose that to download the unstable test version of a20.

Or you can just wait until it goes to Stable branch, and then you will get it when you are set to "None".
