If you don't care about the used space (Each save is anywhere from 100mb-1gb+ depending on how long it's been played), there's nothing stopping you from making backups of your savegame yourself. Heck, could even make a windows batch file to do it for you with one click.

Save files are located in "C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves"

As for making a batch file, google should be able to point you in the right direction.

Originally posted by Teresa: Cloud saves have been requested before. IIRC the reason there are no cloud saves is that the save files are too large and thus the feature is not compatible.
This. Save games are themselves in the ballpark of 100mb-1gb+ depending on the overall length of the save, and also require the source world to even function, which itself is 200-1.5~+gb depending on world size (And lets be real here, Basically everyone plays an 8k or 16k world, which means worlds in the ballpark of 800mb-1.5~gb)

However, Steam has a limit of 1gb cloud save as of the last i checked, and the company who owns the game has to pay for space above the free 10~mb given. So, Given that a single save and world cannot reliably fit within the maximum allowed value per user on the cloud, it's just not worth spending the money to buy the cloud space since it would never even accomplish it's goal.
