Agreed it should be listed that the saves are not cloud based.

But if you built your pc and still have the old hard drive, you should be able to get the save files from it and copy it over without much difficulty.

It does though, If you read the tags on the right side where it lists Singleplayer, Multiplayer, Coop, Controller enabled, crossplay, etc- It does NOT list 'Steam Cloud', Games which have cloud saves have 'Steam Cloud' listed there.

You should be complaining to Valve if you feel there should be a separate 'No Steam Cloud' entry that developers can use.
