[2021] Coming back to 7DTD after a long break. Did they change Gravestown?

I am sure I had a base in Gravestown, in what I think was the Town hall or a court house type building.

It had columns outside and jail cells on the second floor. I loved it as it was super defensible. There was a motel with a pool across the road and a few bars around it. Coming back I find Gravestown has far fewer buildings than I remember and no town hall/courthouse. There is one in Perishton but I was definitely not in the snow last time.

Am I mixing up my memories here or did it get substantially changed?
