I can't get an isu bow. At the exact moment of sunset, I hit the stone in the right place and nothing happened. I've done it over a dozen times and in various ways. I wasted almost three hours hitting the excalibur on a stone. Can someone help me?

Please accept my apologies for not getting back to you sooner. Sorry to hear you are unable to break the rock in Eurvicscire, under which lies the Noden's Arc bow.
The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it.

You can also try the workaround provided by @SpirantCrayon22 and see if it works.
