How do I improve the load of foreign supplies when my current limit is 300, I'm at 275 and when I do a raid while looting foreign item I get the message that I don't have space? Items always exceed is 300 needed. And there is nothing relevant to buy, as in new raids it never reaches 300 round. Either it lacks or it exceeds, making it impossible to improve the load.
I'm stuck in the game and I can't even build the Rune Blacksmith! Please help me?!

I would like to clarify the problem that you are having first. It sounds like you are saying that you can only hold 275 foriegn supplies, and you are unable to obtain any more after that, is that correct?
If so, you may need to upgrade the cargo hold before you can obtain enough foreign supplies to perform the upgrades you are trying to do. There should always be enough foreign supplies available to buy every upgrade and item that requires them, but the order in which you can do these upgrades is sometimes limited.
Please let me know if the problem is different from what I have described above.
