Hello. I stopped playing the game because of this bug. I grinded to get to 100%, every single chest etc, but now I randomly checked if it was fixed and I noticed it should have been patched! I was very happy, I updated and when in game but I still only saw 14 out of 15...
I checked the list:
- You have the latest Title Update installed on your platform. You can check this in the main menu screen.
- Go to your inventory screen to show how many medallions you have.
- Show that you have killed all members of the Order.
That you cannot hand the medallions to Hytham.

I also tried using a tool to spawn in the 15th one, that worked, I could give them to Hytham but still then the mission wouldnt appear so I loaded an older save where I did not yet do this. This was like 3 to 4 months ago.
I hope this still gets fixed so I can finally finish this game and start the dlc's which I all have bought
