Hello,
Unfortunately, I cannot access my old ubisoft account/email address that is connected to my psn account. As a consequence it is impossible to use the reda shop/reda quests or the animus-shop (error: 0x7000015f), because there is an authentication issue with my account.

I understand, it is an security measure to prevent the access to an ubisoft account through the connected psn account.

That makes sense for the animus-shop, since the helix credits costs real money and are connected to an account and not to a specific game. So you would only need access to the connected psn account to spend helix credits, which is obviously not good.
But it doesn't make sense with the reda shop/quests. Since the opal you can acquire and spend are connected only to the game. So there is no security risk, if i, as a player, collect and spend these opals. Because I order to spend these opals, you need to access my playstation with my game progress physically.

I am sure, other player are also struggling with the same problem. This has a great negativ impact on the game experience, because it is a lot harder to get high quality weapons/armor.
I personally think Valhalla is a great game, but it frustrates me to play with the same weapons all the time, because its to hard to get new, better weapon.

So why is the redo shop unavailable, in this scenario? And could this be fixed?
Fixing that problem would really improve the game experience.

ps. I already contacted the support, regarding my account situation and at this moment, I cannot activate my old account or use the redo shop in anyway.

Hey there @Phiolenphil

First of all, welcome to the discussion forums!

I am sorry to hear that you're having some trouble getting access to your old Ubisoft account. Unfortunately, because Reda is connected to the online weekly/daily bounties, you are required to be online through both a PlayStation Network and Ubisoft account in order to access his inventory.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but without being able to access your other Ubisoft account it will not be possible for you to spend your opals and participate in the time limited bounties. This is not something that can be fixed, as Reda's shop is inherently tied to the online elements of the game.
