This issue is a year old with no fixes at all for thousands of players. Game is literally unplayable. Fix this.
Pretty sure I will never buy another Ubisoft product because of this. A whole year. Not one solution.

Hi Vikings!

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes when launching the game. I understand that 'AchievementsDownload.cpp and DataOverlay.cpp' show in the crash logs.

Could you take a look at the PC troubleshooting article and run through all the steps listed then try again if you haven't already done so. The support article contains some of the most common fixes for crashes, freezing, FPS drops and more.

If the issue persists I would also recommend trying to uninstall then reinstall Ubisoft Connect to see if that helps.

Hey @SoloStrider7,

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering issues, with ACV crashing.

You've mentioned that you've completed a lot, and also mentioned that you've tried every random fix.

Would you be able to list all of them for us, so we can better understand how we can go about investigating this issue further.

The troubleshooting you've already completed, may provide us with an idea of how this issue has occurred.

In addition, do you have any hardware monitoring software, custom reshading software or RGB controller software, that may conflict with ACV and Ubisoft Connect?
