Hi @dlngs the development team were unable to reproduce this issue but have asked the following:

  • Can you send a screenshot of an internet speed test?
  • Was there any changes or events between the offline progress and the online one? Such as Windows reinstallation, outage, internet speed issues, or any related event that might cause package loss?
  • Does you use any add-ons that can influence the internet speed?
  • What is your NAT type and are the necessary ports open?

  • When did the Skill Icons disappear? (Eg: When you joined the party, when you initiated the mission, during normal gameplay, etc.)

Hi @DerellLicht I'm sorry to hear that your game has been crashing after the Ubisoft Connect update earlier today.

I have seen other players have reported issues launching their games since the update and as a workaround they mentioned disabling the Ubisoft Connect overlay. I would suggest trying this if it isn't already disabled.

I can confirm that this particular issue where players were unable to interact with the corpse to start the fight with the Daughters of Lerion was resolved with update 1.5.2. If you are experiencing this issue then please ensure you have the latest update installed.
