[2022] Unable to open up menu /map screen following latest update

• What actions were taken prior to being unable to open up the menu/map screen?
• If you quit to the title and reload your most recent save, does the issue still persist?
• How frequently does this issue occur during gameplay?

Additionally, we'd be interested in collecting some additional videos that show you're unable to open up the usual menu/map screens, as these are helpful for the investigation.
