[2022] [DoR] [PS] Unable to download Dawn of Ragnarok

Hi @idle__hanz I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues downloading the Dawn of Ragnarok expansion.

To confirm when you launch the game and go into the in-game store and then into add-ons there is no option to download Dawn of Ragnarok from there? If not could you please provide a video to show this.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

Can you also try the following to see if that works:

• Go to your Library
• Choose Purchased
• Select Assassin's Creed Valhalla
• Scroll down to PlayStation Store and open My Add ons
• Look for Dawn of Ragnarok and see if there is an option to download it by clicking the download icon
