Now i've been having non stop issues with valhalla, mainly it was a problem to do with an error in event viewer (The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found) After updating my windows yesterday i started valhalla the same day for 3-4 hours with no issues (i did all of lundun without any crashes) Today i built the pelt building and did the quest where you track some wolves and kill them, after that i built the dock to customize my ship, as soon as opened the customizing menu it crashed to desktop with an event error for 'Faulting application path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\dwm.exe
' which seems to be the windows desktop manager. Since building the dock i've had nothing but constant crashes. I have so far verified the game files through ubisoft which DID find some errors and redownloaded, i've also uninstalled gpu drivers using DDU, installed the latest. Windows is also up to date. Ran game in fullscreen to rule out an issue with borderland. I'm really at my wits end here.

Edit: Just to post that attempted to set Vallhalla_Plus.exe to administrator rights doesn't launch the game and instead i get a splash screen with the male Eivor and a infinite loading icon on the bottom right, takingi it off allows the game to run. I've decided to reseat the GPU today. Looks like the instant crashes have disappeared, played for 3 hours straight without a crash. Will keep on playing and see if the issue reoccurs.

Edit: Crashed again with the same nvlddmkm error from the event viewer.

@MrPieBSc Hello! Welcome to Discussions!

I'm sorry that you are having issues with your game crashing so much! Hopefully, we can get this figured out so you can enjoy your game again. It sounds like you've already tried some of the steps in our PC troubleshooting guide, but just in case, I'm going to link it here and ask that you double-check you've completed all of the steps there.

The error "nvlddmkm" is actually an Nvidia error that means a driver has failed. It can be caused due to a variety of issues such as an issue with the graphics driver, an overheated GPU, or even corrupted system files. If the steps above don't help, please use the System File Checker to scan for any missing or corrupted files. Here is a guide from Microsoft on how to do that. You may also need to try doing a clean install of your Nvidia drivers which you can find here.

I hope this helps, but please let us know if you continue to have any issues. Thank you!
