I'm also sorry that you were having trouble purchasing the DLC for your preferred platform. If you're playing on Xbox Series X|S, I would suggest purchasing your content/DLC directly through the Xbox/console store, rather than our Ubisoft store website. Please let me know if you are still having trouble with this. I am happy to help look into it further.
