The Twilight Pack is available to users as a pre-order bonus until April 2022. I realized this when I purchased the Dawn of Ragnarok addon in June 2022. How did those who bought the game in November 2022 get access to the Twilight Pack? I've been in talks with Ubisoft Support for 6 days to question this and ask what's wrong.
1 time they closed my Support Case against my will. The rest shared the same answer. They said the bundle is a pre-order bonus and will expire in April 2022 and they repeated this for 6 days. In the meantime, I kept asking how the Twilight Pack was added to the account of the people who bought the game in November 2022, although I knew that the pre-order bonus was over. They didn't understand again saying 'Package was a pre-order bonus and it's gone'.
This was really frustrating because I added hundreds of comments and they gave the same answer.
