I can confirm that other players have reported the same issue and it is being investigated. The development team will require a copy of your save files to help them with their investigation.
Can you please follow the steps provided in this support article to obtain your save files, then you can either submit a support ticket and provide the reference number here and I can get the save files from there to forward on or you can upload them to a file sharing website and provide the URL link.
