I'm unable to acquire this last missing gear - same as the other users from the referenced thread; encountering the exact same circumstances they described - as you will notice in the video i'm appending, showing that Deebury is marked as completed, there's no port, all 2 (There aren't 3 anymore after leaving the river raid for the first time; and this is where the bug originates from) remaining chests have been looted (As you can see in the video [120 cargo from 2 chests], and the armor is not in my inventory.
Please look into this. Thanks in advance.
