Hi @Cr4zyf0x7 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the quest 'Walls and Shadows' this is not a known issue.
We have had three other issues related to this quest which were reported in the past but those could not be reproduced and we received no further reports.
I would recommend loading a previous save before you started the quest and try again. However, if this is not possible for any reason could you please provide a video that demonstrates the issue. We would need to see the following in the video:
- That you have the latest update installed. This can be seen on the main menu screen before loading your save.
- Go to your quest log screen to show the available quests.
- Go to your completed quests screen (slowly scroll from the top to the bottom)
- Go to the location where the investigation is to show that there is nothing that you can interact with and also use your odin sight.
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.
Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here.
