[2022] [TFS] Unable to complete 'Shifting Loyalties'

I have merged your posts with another thread for this issue.

I can confirm that the development team are currently working on a fix for this and the issue should be resolved in one of the future updates.

Once we have additional information, we will communicate it through these forums and the patch notes.
