[2022] Sigur Rós festival arena fighter glitch

Hey everyone! Thanks for chiming in on this rather goofy "ice-skating" glitch in the Sigrblot Festival! The details and information has been most helpful, and I've gone ahead and reported this up to our teams for review.

@TheNorfolkian @auridulis Glad to see you were eventually able to continue the fight! To clarify, did this happen any other time besides the one time? If so, were you consistently able to skirt it by fast-travelling away and back or walking around town?
