I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with the Ubisoft Connect core challenge 'Regium Francium'. I can confirm that there was an issue with this challenge in the past, however the issue was resolved.
Can you please confirm if the challenge is still showing 88/100? If so could you provide a screenshot of your Francia map to show that you have synchronised all viewpoints.
