[2022] [TFS] Defeated Hel and the trophy 'The Queen's Fall' did not unlock and the cutscene did not play

I defeated Hel but didn't get a trophy for that and no final cut scene, got tiny hint from a friend what the proper ending should entail and no I didn't get that. Also didn't get the The Queen's Fall trophy. Funnily enough I did a second play with the Draugr's Toll outfit and defeated Hel again and got a trophy for that. I'll link a video and screenshot of my tophy list. Playing on PS5. Oh and also didn't get the last outfit Hel's Narjarl that you are supposed to get after defeating Hel, that's also shown on the video.
