Sorry for new topic but this is already locked https://discussions.ubisoft.com/topic/77078/question-about-ubisoft-versions-and-save-compatibility?lang=en-US

In december i had ubisoft+ , i did play valhalla, mostly base game but I also went to Ireland and thats where my char ended when ubisoft+ expired - ie last few saves are in/around dublin.
I mistakenly also launched ragnarock content, as i just walked to quest marker in settlement and there it was...i found that something is wrong when I had issues with trash mobs there and the moment i come to big boss (sutr or something?) and he one shot killed me like 20 times, only then I noticed suggested power lvl for that quest was 350 or something, and i was like 30 😄 so i just returned to England and never came back. Though I really cant remember if i loaded save from before entering ragnarock (in which case i guess my save shouldnt be tainted) or i just teleported back to England (in which case its DLC tainted)

So the question is, if i buy base game now. Can I continue my playthrough? Yes last save is in dublin but if game is clever it would just spawn me in raventhrope?

But I'm a bit worried. As i just tried AC Origins - its on xbox gamepass (base version) - but i did start it first while i had ubi+ active and now game wont load my save (complains about missing DLCs)

There is this KB linked in ubisoft+ FAQ https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/help/purchases-and-rewards/article/saved-games-compatibility-for-titles-available-on-ubisoft/000064712
There is AC Origins listed but Valhalla isnt, so does it mean Valhalla is clever and I will be able to continue with my save? Or it is just outdated KB and I'm screwed?
Because I have like 60h and by no means i would start from scratch again...and buying game only to find out your saves are toast is also not something to be desired.

Hey there @lordkenf

Apologies for the delay, but I'm glad to see @YTgrzmot69 was able to help here and you've since been able to confirm yourself that saves do remain accessible!

If there's anything else we can help with in future, please don't hesitate to reach back out!
