I get the for War Games and Test Your Metal I win but event is not marked complete. I have a xbox one. No other issues though.

Both War Games and Test Your Metal are repeatable quests that will allow you to farm more tokens, if needed. For example, every time you beat Alwin in Orlog, you'll receive 30 Festival Tokens. Thanks and enjoy Sigrblot!
