So, 7 months later this still is a problem. I tried contacting the Ubisoft support team. But they couldn't help me. They only said that they are aware of the problem and that my information would be passed to the team that was trying to fix this. They said that if a solution were found they would let it be known on their forum. Doesn't sound very encouraging to me.
