I have been playing around in the DLC Dawn of ragnarok. To complete things i did not do when play the main part.
I noted after i activated third slot on the Hungr device, that is sometimes "lost" the third thing that was stored there and i had to "load" it again with a new power.
After i completed the upgrades and got a note that is was now fully upgraded i saw the third slot now gone from select screen as if it never was activated.
But all is well when i look at the device screen.
Also seen that my tourch has been missing the flame.
Playing on XBox one.
