Uplay on PC updated to latest July 27th version. AC Valhalla 1.5.3 installed.
AC Valhalla shows "Update" button in UPlay instead of "Play", as expected.
But when I press "Update", the 1.5.3 game just launches. There's no attempt to download anything,

To see if we can get this (what appears to just be) visual error resolved, I'd ask that you try clearing your Ubisoft Connect Cache. If it's still not showing Update instead of Play, then please go ahead and reinstall Ubisoft Connect.
