This next one is when hiding the Shinobi Helmet (Doesn’t matter which variation but I was wearing the Night var.) in Photo Mode. Are the visual effects supposed to disappear or linger when in Photo Mode?

The problem with flails moving in photo mode has been reported to the Team.
Regarding the Shinobi helmet display, It does indeed look cool in the screenshot number 3 from @azullFR
