[2021] River Raids - Return to Settlement "Not currently available" after 1.3.1

Hi,
I have checked the Known Issues and Reported Issues threads and couldn't find this issue.

Note: I play on PC

This issue started right after the update to 1.3.1. Before the update, I had no issues with the existing river raids.

Since the update, I can no longer return from River Raids. Not for the same reason as listed in the Known Issues, but because the option is "not currently available". This is true from the new River Raids and the old ones.

To recreate, go to River Raids, choose any rivers. After raiding at least one camp, try to return to the settlement.

I've checked out the PC Troubleshooting thread and everything is up to date.

PC Specs

• Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (21H1) - Build 19043.1237
• Intel Core i9 9900K @3.60GHz (8 cores, 16 threads)
• 49 152 MB RAM
• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
