[2022] [TOF2] Eivor has difficulties pulling the pushing/pulling the shelf at a specific location in Verica's Tomb

@Ryusennin could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. We can then forward this on to the development team to investigate.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here. 

After you have recorded a video could you try changing your graphics settings to high or ultra high if this is possible, restart the game then reload your save and try again and confirm if this workaround resolves the issue.

@Piotr-Nastal28 I understand that you are unable to provide a video demonstrating this issue as you have already completed the tomb, I had asked if Ryusennin if they could provide this.

The issue for the Manius's Sanctum has been reported, however this issue with Verica's tomb hasn't yet which is why I would like a video demonstrating the issue so that I can report it to the development team to investigate and to know if the workaround suggested works.

Could you please try changing your graphics settings in-game to high or ultra high if possible then try again to see if the cutscene triggers and confirm if this resolves your issue.

Just to update you, the issue where shelf can get stuck at specific location in Verica's Tomb has been reported and is being investigated.

As soon as we have more information we will update this thread.

If you are experiencing any other issues in Verica's Tomb please create a new post with a detailed description of the issue and if possible a video demonstrating the issue.
