I didn't notice the interaction with big stone in Manius Tomb at first.
Now I have completed all the tombs, got full gear including two weapons, but when I return to Manius Tomb, nothing happens. The big round door in the floor stays closed, no cutscenes is playing. Eden Ring Station is unaccessible.
Hi @Verokana I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing the Eden Ring Station.
In order to access it you will require all five artifacts from the Tombs. If you have these then you should have seen the cutscene as you entered and you should be able to interact with the pillar at the back as shown in the screenshot below. As you did not see a cutscene it's possible that you are missing an artifact, please check your inventory to make sure. 
However, if you do have the 5 artifacts from the Tombs could you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue. In the video we would need to see the following:

Can you also ensure that your latest save is uploaded to the cloud. If you are unsure how to do this there is a support article that you can check here.

I'm also sorry to hear that the cutscene did not play in the Manius Sanctum.
Could you please provide a video to show that you have all 5 artifacts in your inventory and that the cutscene does not play in the Manius Sanctum.
