I bought the game Assassin's Creed Valhalla Ragnarok Edition and even entered all my payment information. However, after this there was an error 404 or something, and I was abruptly sent to the fron page of Ubi Store. But my bank account was charged, and the game didn't even show up on my library. Need help please Ubi.

Usually, when this happens, the charge you see on your account should drop off in 5-7 business days, depending on your bank, and the funds are returned to your account.
