[2023] Unable to complete : Siege of Paris, Quest: Hidden, Step: Enter the Hidden One's bureau.

I have collected the Joyeuse sword, but the quest is stuck on enter the bureau. My last save file before entering the bureau is 2 hours of playtime before it and i've essentially completed 3 regions of the 4 in francia in that time. I would prefer not to restart most of this DLC. Any help would be appreciated.

If you leave, start / complete another quest then return are you still stuck?

And could you please share a video of the issue so we can take a closer look?
