[2021] Wrath Of The Druids DLC Trade post not unlocking correctly during second play through

so i just got to doing a second playthrough of the Ireland DLC with a different Eivor entirely

(I did the female first cause i did the let the fate's choose option at the begging)

But apparently the trade post are still not unlocking correctly, i get all the materials in my chest next to Azar, I just can't complete the quest or use the fast travel option. As for the trials of morigan I have done 2 so far and have had no problems with them activating.
