[2020] Invalid promo code

Hi does anybody have problem with promo code as i do? My promo code is invalid for a long time now. i think its glitched ubisoft gift me back my points which i spend for the codes but now when i wanna buy new one the the old promo codes gets there and the new one cannot be purchased
