I'm sorry to hear you aren't receiving mastery points and also not getting the clue for the Legacy of Saint George mission.
Would you be able to record some video clips showing these issues please and upload them to YouTube from your PS4? Then just provide the links to view them here.
I have provided a link here showing how you can capture and upload it using the PS4.
We can then forward them on to the game team to look into.
