I've preorderd the game yesterday,and it's still not in my games library.

Also,I've noticed that my account shows that I didn't buy anything,even though my paypal was clearly charged.

There are no successful transactions for Assassin's Creed Valhalla showing on the account you are posting from, so we'll need to investigate this issue privately with you. It is great that you have already opened a support case for us to do so.

It looks as if the payment may not have been successful, and a hold may be in place on your funds; the team will advise you as soon as possible with regard to this, and verify whether this is the case or if there has been an issue with the delivery of your item.
